Job description
ALDI is seeking a District Manager Trainee to oversee multiple stores in the Frederick, MD region covering Southeastern Pennsylvania & Delaware. The 44-week program builds capabilities to manage store operations, drive sales growth, and develop a high-performance leadership team.
You will gain hands-on experience, work closely with store managers, and contribute to a positive employee environment while advancing within ALDI's growth-focused organization.
