ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Eastern North Carolina. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus. Yearly salary increases to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000. The program emphasizes leadership, training, and a clear path to district management while providing a comprehensive benefits package.
