Job description
ALDI USA invites driven individuals to join its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Savannah, GA area. Over a 44-week training period you will learn to oversee multiple ALDI stores, drive sales, and develop leaders under a strong company framework.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, increasing in subsequent years to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000. This full-time role includes district travel and a company car, plus ALDI benefits.
