ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Baldwin Division serving Jacksonville Metro/Southeast Georgia and Hilton Head Metro. The role starts with a 44-week intensive training to prepare you to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.
The position offers a starting salary of $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and salary growth to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in subsequent years.
