Job description
ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Champaign, IL area. Over a 44-week training period you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple stores and lead store managers to drive sales and excellence.
The position offers competitive compensation with a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and annual increases to $110k, $120k, and $130k as you progress.
