Job description
ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Dwight Division serving Decatur, IL. The 44‑week intensive training builds knowledge to oversee multiple stores and drive sales growth with a strong customer focus.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in following years. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; daily domestic travel and full‑time employment
