Job description
ALDI USA is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week intensive training period you will learn to oversee multiple ALDI stores, drive customer service, and accelerate sales growth.
This position covers areas within the Haines City Division serving Tampa, FL and includes a starting salary of $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus, plus annual salary increases as you progress through the program.
