Job description
ALDI USA seeks motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over 44 weeks you’ll gain hands-on experience preparing to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.
You’ll work with store managers to ensure customer service excellence, a positive work environment, and sales growth while following ALDI’s values. This role covers areas in the Royal Palm Beach Division serving Ft Myers, FL, with full-time employment and a starting salary of $95,000 plus a $5,000
