Job description
ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for our District Manager Trainee (DMT) program covering areas within the Baldwin Division serving the Savannah, GA area. The 44-week training leads to responsibility for overseeing multiple ALDI stores and driving sales growth.
The position offers starting salary of $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and annual salary increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000 in subsequent years, plus comprehensive benefits.
