Job description
ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores.
As a district manager, you will work with store managers to ensure exceptional service, positive work environment, and sales growth. Starting salary is $95,000 with a signing bonus of $5,000 and future increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000.
