Job description
ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program, a 44-week intensive training to prepare you to oversee multiple ALDI stores. You will work with store managers to ensure customer service, positive employee environments, and operational excellence while driving sales growth.
This position covers areas within the Haines City Division serving Sarasota, FL. It offers a full-time schedule, a starting salary of $95,000, a $5,000 signing bonus, and planned salary
