Job description
ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44‑week training period, you’ll gain knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee multiple ALDI stores as a district manager.
You’ll work with store managers to drive customer service, strengthen the working environment, and accelerate sales growth while learning the company’s values of simplicity, consistency and responsibility.
