Job description
CNG Holdings, Inc seeks a District Director of Operations to oversee daily operations and KPIs across multiple stores in the district. You will build a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of store associates, ensuring service excellence and district profitability.
Responsibilities include travel to stores (up to 50%), implementing marketing strategies, conducting monthly visits, ensuring compliance, and partnering with the ROM to drive performance.
