Job description
Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a District Manager of QSR Operations to lead 3–5 locations with GM reports in a hands-on role. You will spend time in stores alongside your teams, ensuring execution of standards and driving results, with availability including weekends and holidays.
The compensation includes a base salary up to $90,000, strong benefits, and a performance-based monthly bonus program.
