Job description
CVS Health in Stratford, CT is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across the district. You will act as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager and help ensure safe dispensing and patient care.
This role requires travel within a reasonable radius, active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and compliance with regulations. Expect 40 hours weekly with full benefits and opportunities to contribute to immunization and patient care.
