Job description
CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support multiple pharmacies within a district. You will model care, counsel patients, immunize when permitted, and help manage inventory and workflow to ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
The role requires active state pharmacist licensure, NPI, and ability to travel within a reasonable radius. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
