Job description
CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in Illinois. You will support safe dispensing, immunizations, and patient care while traveling within the district as needed.
Eligible candidates hold an active pharmacist license and NPI, are not on the DEA Excluded Parties list, and can support district leadership with clinical services and supervision where appropriate.
