Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring each team delivers guest satisfaction, meets job expectations, and adheres to company policies.
You will coach general managers, manage training, performance feedback, and financial planning, while traveling to stores 4–5 days a week to drive results and maintain standards.
