Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group in Illinois seeks a District Manager responsible for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure each team meets job expectations and upholds standards in all areas of their roles.
This role leads training, coaching, and development, evaluates QSC compliance, drives financial results, and supports local marketing while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance. Travel to stores 4-5 days per week is required.
