Five Below is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience across the district.
You will coach store leaders, ensure merchandising and operational standards, and partner with HR to build a high-performing crew while upholding Five Below's culture. Lead and mentor teams, optimize staffing, and use data to achieve district goals with integrity and energy.
