Job description
Ross Stores in Tukwila, WA is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead the assigned district stores, ensure performance, and uphold company standards.
You will recruit, train and develop store management teams, monitor expenditures, payroll, shrink, and drive customer service excellence across locations within the district. This hybrid role requires regular in-office presence and travel, with base salary range of $127,000–$202,250.
