Job description
TJ Maxx in the United States is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of 10+ high-production retail stores, with a combined volume exceeding $100 million, and to mentor 30–60 exempt and 300 non-exempt team members.
You will drive sales, oversee operations, merchandising, and human resources, resolve store issues, and partner with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink. A degree in Business Management is preferred; five+ years multi-store leadership required.
