Job description
The District Manager at MINISO USA leads a district of 8–16 stores, coaching Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual standards, and drive performance.
You will drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, analyze KPIs, recruit and develop leaders, conduct store visits, ensure policy adherence, and execute merchandising and promotions while collaborating with regional and corporate leadership; frequent travel is required.
