Job description
Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 10-15 store locations while supervising sales teams and providing mentorship across the district.
You will actively mentor Store Managers, drive sales results, and ensure policy compliance across locations. A strong retail background, leadership experience, and willingness to travel 75% are required. The compensation includes base pay with an opportunity for a monthly district manager bonus and benefits.
