Job description
The District Sales Manager (DSM) at Sysco Northeast Rdc leads the District Sales Team across the Philadelphia, PA area and New Jersey, partnering with the Regional VP to drive growth and profitability. You will forecast, set quotas, recruit and develop Territory Managers, and ensure plans are executed to meet goals.
Travel within the region is expected as you manage accounts, optimize sales, and deliver best-in-class service to clients, while leveraging tools like Salesforce.com and Phocas.
