Job description
Alkermes seeks a VIVITROL District Business Leader to lead a team of Territory Business Managers across the Mid Atlantic South District. You will hire, coach and align field teams with sales objectives and cross-functional partners while adhering to company policies.
Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director, the DBL will strategize territory plans, develop talent, manage expenses and drive responsible growth, with travel up to 30-50%.
