Job description
Matador Distributing LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers responsible for in-store execution with key customers. You will coach, develop, and drive Red Bull initiatives, tracking KPIs and ensuring adherence to company standards.
In this role you will spend time on route rides, train ASMs, and communicate with retail partners to execute national and local programming. A strong background in DSD management and sales leadership is required.
