Job description
Hillyard, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the Sales team in Lino Lakes, MN. This role focuses on growing gross profit across our manufactured/branded products and strategic supplier lines within a defined district.
You will mentor eight to ten Account Managers, coach sales staff, and deploy resources to achieve company growth goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, analyzing performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
