Job description
Hillyard Inc. in Lino Lakes, MN is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive gross profit growth across our manufactured/branded products and strategic suppliers.
You will lead eight to ten Account Managers and sales support staff, mentor the team, and deliver a consultative selling environment for end users. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan with the Regional Sales Director, analyze sales data, prepare growth reports, manage budgets and forecasts, and expand the customer base
