Job description
White Cap is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead field sales and drive growth across assigned territories. You will review key sales metrics, coach teams, and develop strategies to maximize gross profit and category penetration.
The role requires 7+ years in sales, vehicle operation, and travel; a Bachelor degree is preferred. You will spend at least four days weekly with Account Managers and report to the Sales department.
