Swan Analytical USA is a global leader in high-precision water quality instrumentation. As our U.S. business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated sales professional to help expand our presence throughout the Northern California region.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with relationship-driven sales. You'll work with municipal, industrial, power, and water treatment customers to deliver solutions that help ensure cleaner, safer water.

What You'll Do
Grow sales within an assigned territory
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Manage opportunities and forecasts through CRM tools
Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver customer solutions
Represent Swan at industry events and trade shows
️ A typical week includes office days on Mondays and Fridays at your home, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business, or related field)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Technical sales experience preferred but not required
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
Willingness to travel throughout the territory
