Job description
Premium Retail Services is seeking a Wireless District Leader to oversee coaching and growth of Wireless Sales Pros across 10–15 locations in the US. You will hire, train, and lead teams, driving district performance from the floor up.
You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition and store managers, analyze data to identify opportunities, and ensure staffing levels meet business needs while maintaining customer-first standards.
