Oversee inpatient and outpatient maternal fetal medicine services, clinical quality, patient safety, coverage models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with the OBGYN residency program director and Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program Director to support outstanding education and training.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing environment that supports faculty development, mentorship, research activity, and multidisciplinary care.
