Job description
Division Chair of Sleep Medicine
This is a full-time faculty position for a Division Chair of Sleep Medicine. This role combines clinical care, academic leadership, education, and research within a comprehensive adult neurology department.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing inpatient and outpatient patient care.
Serving as Division Chair of Sleep Medicine; contributing to departmental, institutional, and professional committees.
Educating medical students, neurology residents, and sleep medicine fellows.
Participating in and leading clinical and translational research projects or clinical trials.
Minimum qualifications include:
MD or DO degree with residency training at an accredited institution.
Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
Eligibility for a state medical license.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and data-driven operational decision-making skills.
Commitment to promoting a respectful, professional, and collaborative academic environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
Fellowship training and board certification in Sleep Medicine.
