Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Division Director, Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery. This remote position requires a visionary clinical leader with strong expertise in skilled nursing and a passion for transforming care delivery.
You will shape innovative strategies while collaborating with senior leadership to improve outcomes across the continuum of care. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an active RN license are required, along with at least 10 years of clinical leadership experience.
The position offers a salary range of $185k-$200k annually, along with generous benefits and an annual incentive potential.
