Division Director of Urology
A nationally recognized academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine is seeking a Division Director of Urology to lead an established and growing academic urology program. This is an opportunity for an experienced academic urologist to shape the future of a multidisciplinary division through strategic growth, faculty development, clinical excellence, and educational leadership.

Lead the Division of Urology and provide strategic direction for continued growth and expansion
Drive faculty recruitment, mentorship, and professional development initiatives
Collaborate with departmental leadership on long‑term service line planning and regional growth strategies
Academic appointment available at the Associate Professor or Professor level, based on experience
Opportunity to further develop a multidisciplinary model of care with strong institutional support

Board‑certified urologist with demonstrated leadership experience or a strong interest in a divisional leadership role
