Atrium is seeking a Division Manager in Orlando to lead and grow the Direct Hire Finance & Accounting business. This hands-on leader will own a full desk while coaching recruiters and sales professionals, building client relationships, and scaling a high-performing team.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in staffing with Direct Hire focus, strong sales and leadership skills, and a strategic, entrepreneur mindset. Hybrid schedule with on-site presence in Orlando.
