Job description
Pima County’s Conservation Lands & Resources Department seeks a Division Manager to lead outdoor recreation programs, trails, and natural resources parks. The role guides facilities such as Tucson Mountain Park and Agua Caliente Park, directing staff and volunteers to meet conservation goals.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years of management experience (two in supervision). Strong budgeting, collaboration, and communication are essential; GIS experience is preferred.
