Job description
R-2 Contractors seeks an accomplished Utility-Scale Drilled Pier Foundation Division Manager to lead and grow our drilled pier operations across nationwide projects. You will oversee foundations construction, from auguring to reinforcement, while developing leaders and driving safety, quality, and efficiency.
Location options include Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR with ~25% travel. The role reports to executive leadership and requires 10+ years in drilled foundations and strong financial acumen.
