Job description
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the mortgage originations team in California. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop licensed originators and support staff, drive production, and nurture relationships with realtors and customers.
This role requires at least three years of management in mortgage sales, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills. Travel is required as part of regional responsibilities.
