IPS Packaging & Automation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a dynamic Division Sales Manager to lead Outside Sales Representatives, grow packaging materials sales, and oversee inventory and operations. You will report to the Director of Sales and drive revenue through strategic plans and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales, strong leadership, and proven results in coaching teams, negotiating contracts, and achieving divisional goals.
