Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Jacksonville, FL for a Division VP of Operations. The Division VP of Operations will oversee daily operational functions, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure efficient management of key processes across the business. Responsibilities include managing budgets and P&L, implementing strategies to improve operational excellence, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and overseeing project‑management efforts to align with company goals.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
Proficiency in developing and implementing Strategic Planning strategies
Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive organizational success
Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred
Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service industry is a plus
