Divisional Controller - Highly Profitable Robotic and Automation Equipment Company - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE
Join an impressive and highly profitable robotic and automation equipment company with a strong reputation and consistent growth (organic & acquisition). As the top financial leader, you will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A, supported by the CFO and CEO of the privately held holding company.
Partner with the leadership team to maximize profitability by leveraging technology, process improvements, and innovation across the company's five segments: sales, construction & installation, maintenance contracts, service, and parts.
Work closely with the President and leadership team to evaluate, value, complete due diligence, acquire, and integrate strategic acquisitions and dealerships, expanding geographically and becoming a dealer for OEMs serving the same target customers.
