Oversee order management processes, including backorder management, exception resolution, and customer fulfilment activities.

Support continuous improvements in transportation and warehousing performance.

Ensure operational processes align with business requirements and customer expectations.

Act as a key escalation point for complex supply chain and customer service issues.

Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Play a key leadership role in major supply chain transformation initiatives, including ERP and planning system implementations.

Partner with IT, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver successful change programmes.

Support process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive adoption of best practices across planning, logistics, customer service, and supply chain operations.

Help build future‑ready supply chain capabilities that support long‑term business growth.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead, develop, and mentor a high‑performing supply chain team.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Build strong partnerships with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and external logistics providers.

Facilitate regular business reviews and performance discussions with key stakeholders.
