Job description
Tech Painting Company in Alexandria, VA seeks a Divisional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead the sales team, and partner with Ops to maximize backlog and crew utilization. This in-person role covers the DMV region with occasional travel and reporting to the Division VP.
You'll develop sales strategies, manage CRM, mentor staff, and coordinate with Marketing on campaigns while ensuring exceptional client relationships and profitable project delivery.
