Job description
Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Divisional Vice President to lead a multi-region division across the Southeast, including FL, GA, TN, NC, and SC. You will develop Regional Sales Directors, execute divisional strategy, and drive sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.
The role requires extensive travel and hybrid work with a base in Florida. You will partner with Home Office and store leadership, champion Bob’s culture, and ensure talent readiness across regions.
