Factory Location: Hawkins, TX.Compensation: $00.00 / hour Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked Shifts: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am on a rotational 2-2-3 schedule Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needsBenefits of working for Primo Brands:Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA, heath savings account (HSA)Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismembermentOther great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FED logic, commuter benefitsResponsibilities:Responsible for coordinating flow of inbound and outbound product across the dock.Maintains yard inventory and performs inbound receipts and outbound BOLs.Regularly analyzes and interprets data to problem solve in the warehouse.Maximize dock door utilization and line load opportunities, providing direction to Warehouse and Palletizer drivers as neededPerform pick ticket processingPost goods issue for all outbound loadsReceipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrivalMaintain accuracy of Yard ManagementCommunicate with Yard Jockeys and Carriers to enhance dock efficiencyMaintain Dock Office at or above 90% 5s standardResolve order and goods issue discrepanciesReconcile the expected goodsSupport production with purchase order creation as neededComplete product traceability and withdrawal reportsOperate Yard Truck, facilitating Switcher Duties as neededProactively communicate within Warehouse Team and with other Departments for issue resolution and process improvementsOther duties as assigned by ResourceQualifications:Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be flexible in working hours – overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse preferredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experienceSAP experience strongly preferredForklift experience helpful
