Job description
Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Dock Experience Manager in the Freedom Boat Club Operations team. This role leads at the location level to ensure outstanding member and employee experiences, while safeguarding fleet condition and achieving performance targets. Full-time with weekday, weekend, and holiday availability.
You will hire and train dock staff, ensure certifications, schedule rosters, monitor fleet readiness, and manage customer issues to boost member satisfaction and retention.
