Job description
Brunswick Corporation’s Freedom Boat Club is seeking a Dock Experience Manager in Homestead, FL. You will lead dock operations, staff, training, and scheduling to ensure exceptional member and crew experiences while maintaining fleet condition and safety standards.
Your responsibilities include accountability for performance metrics, budgeting, inventory, and coordination with maintenance and marinas. A background in operations, boating or service is preferred.
