Docket ClerkThe Docket Clerk supports legal teams by managing docket and calendar systems across multiple offices, primarily in the West Coast, including Seattle. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules for filings using docketing software such as CourtAlert, CourtLink, and CompuLaw, generating weekly docket reports, and reviewing incoming filings from various sources. The role involves assisting paralegals with preparing documents for court filings, distributing calendar updates to attorneys and staff, and handling mailing and scanning tasks. Candidates should have 3-5 years of docketing experience with a strong understanding of court procedures, regulations, and legal protocols. Proficiency in CourtAlert, CourtLink, and CompuLaw is required. Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. The position demands the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, skills, licensure, and organizational needs, with geographic considerations potentially influencing compensation.
